I want to draw your attention right away that in the tour "Heart of the North" there are 2 main excursions that actually carry the whole meaning of the trip and the right to be called this tour "Heart of the North". These are the Sogne Fjord and Nygardsbreen Glacier. That is why I bought this particular tour with the excursions I indicated. After studying a lot of reviews for a long time and finding out that most companies have been transporting to the glacier since June, we asked why we had a glacier in April, our operator from the representative agency promptly contacted the chord to which no one could give an intelligible answer, they said that you can find out from guide (connection with which will appear only the day before departure) - by the way, this is terrible! Since you get acquainted with the one who carries you half a day before departure, and he also mumbles incomprehensibly. In general, my tour was moved and moved, like many of those who rode with me in the same bus and 46 people rode. 46!!! 46 people to Norway! and no there 15 - 20 how sometimes they go to Italy with a chord! T / e / it’s not 15 people who went to the toilet, but 46! understand immediately how much you will cost at stops)

The hotel must be given its due, it was wonderful, though there was no time to enjoy it (((it’s not clear what they paid for (((. Well, that’s okay too! We also read the reviews - anything can happen - the border and blah blah blah. It’s your own fault in short!

at 10 it was already necessary to have breakfast and at 11 we were already going to Riga on an excursion. And soon we have a ferry to Stockholm! And what kind of Jurmala is there??? there is just no time to go there! Why it is declared is not clear!

Further, everything moved according to the schedule without any questions, the sun, excellent weather on the route were pleasing to the eye, I didn’t want to spoil my mood with trifles, because I was preparing and knew that everything didn’t go smoothly. Until the time has come for the main excursion for which I bought the tour - GLACIER. It was a joyful event that I was waiting for, two days before it, the guide Vitaly Voitsekhovsky happily collected from those who were traveling, which is about 35 people from the whole group, except for those couples who did not want to go to the glacier and those who paid for the tour at their agencies when buying a tour with a discount of 10%)))))) we multiply 35 by 68 and get the amount of 2380 euros - 76160 UAH. While we gave the money, the guide did not give us a check and also did not offer to sign anywhere. To the question, there would definitely be an excursion to the glacier (I was preparing and knew that there could be a real impassable winter there in May), he boldly answered YES! collected money) and we were sure that the person knew what he was talking about. Otherwise, it would be logical that the tour will be canceled or replaced, which is discussed in the contract, which I would also agree to instead of the lost day spent in the car for 12 hours (((.

The conclusion is that if you don’t respect yourself, then buy tours from the chord, go with them, put your life at risk, but understand that it is precisely from this that disrespect for oneself is born.

A chord tour company from Lviv is a real indicator of "patriotism" for me, so you don't need to love your people and no Putin! You go abroad to get distracted, but you send cattle on the route to people who have paid for their comfort! Drivers smoking at the door of the cabin, rude, who have not once been cleaned in the cabin for 8 days, the cabin without seat belts on a serpentine in the mountains, the Accord begins with you and ends with you the country in which I want to live! I realized that this is pointless, for the Accord, people are just meat that pays money, and there is so much meat that they don’t bother with these questions) and negative reviews are deleted.
