Accord threatens tourists!!!

It is a pity that when I chose the tour I did not read the reviews. The chord is not what it used to be...

2 years ago I traveled to Barcelona with Accord and Olga Pronak. Everything went at the highest level, this year I decided to repeat it, but to Italy. The tour chose the most comfortable, without night crossings, big cities and 4 nights in one hotel on the coast of the Ligurian coast. "Corner of sea paradise. Italy". On the way with a stop at 2 alpine lakes. Relatively not cheap.

As a result, the tour without night crossings on the first day we settled at 3 am! The promised excursion in Budapest was not, we were just late ... all day on the road ...

The second day - the promised rest on the lake was not, we were on the road all day, we also did not have time. The people rebelled, opinions on the bus were divided: someone insisted on the Lake, someone was tired the second day on the road and wanted to get to the hotel as soon as possible. To which the driver parked and did not let us out for an hour figuring out what to do next. Tourists asked to compensate for the failed two mandatory excursions with a free transfer to Nice (the bus still took people there on an excursion, the floor of the bus was empty). Without stopping at the lake, the bus saved about 200 km, and this is a minimum of 200 euros (according to accompanying Tatyana Datsyuk). Tatiana said "I can't". And she said that we will not move until we sign a document that you support not to go to the lake !!!

As a result, we stood for an hour and a half, there was no compensation for the mandatory excursions. Just a little to take people to Nice, when the bus was already going there half empty ... "Impossible"

Hotels. Dirty, shabby and torn bedding, hair on towels, smell of urine, rooms for the disabled... Accord chooses the worst hotels, probably starting from the price.

Accompanying Tatyana Datsyuk. She drove silently all the way, not a single story about the country, what currency, mentality, rules, nothing ... On the very first day she said - please do not disturb me in hotels, solve all questions at the reception. She said that she was very tired, working for food. But she talked about herself as she sang a song --- I lived in Italy, please me, I'm so cool! (At the same time, nothing about Italy)

I asked for help and at the reception to find out how to get to the station in order to get to San Remo (the tour did not take place). To which Tatyana said - what does Google tell you? (Thanks, at least I didn’t call you a fool ...) and so on in everything

And pay attention. Most of the excursions will not take place. Tk Accord makes such a lure - they write the maximum on the tour, but in fact they tell you - either to Nice or Cannes ... "these are different sides, friends. let's go ... and if there is not enough, we won't go ... this is reality, friends," Tatyana said.

The story about excursions is this --- "where I haven't been, I haven't been there ... I can't say anything. Read the info sheet"

If you, as I remember, Accord as an example of excellent organization, interesting stories about countries, comfortable hotels, printed maps in each city, buffet tables in the morning --- forget ... out of 9 breakfasts, only 1 buffet. The rest is a ready-made plate with a sandwich (omelet and sausages - a luxury) and coffee with the taste of roasted seeds.

I wholeheartedly do not recommend the Accord-tour... Believe me, they are very badly deteriorated... Spare your time and money. Accord-tour guarantees only one thing - regret and negative memories of the vacation.
