Cheating, not fair!

A month before the trip, we booked the Bohemian Journey to Prague tour 100% prepayment + one mandatory optional excursion Price 141 euros for adults and 101 euros for children, a 5-day tour with a visit to Dresden (included in the program) 10 days before the tour we were informed that the tour was canceled and we can choose another. Unfortunately, by that time I had not read the reviews about the company and did not know that I was far from the first. In return, there were only two options, lasting 4 days and a visit to Dresden + 30 euros. The most interesting! I was told that alternative options would cost me the same price, since I get a late booking! Super! they cut off one day of my trip, a visit to Dresden (a hotel at least 35 euros + Dresden 30 euros) and faced the fact that the price difference would not be returned! Then they told me that there were only four seats left on the last row on the bus, five of us did not fit (2 adults and 3 children) and we needed to pay extra 11 euros for the front seats! I have saved all correspondence with the chord tour so that no one has any doubts that this is true. In the end, after the expressed indignation, we were presented with places in front of the bus at no extra charge. In short, if you are going to go with a chord tour, be prepared to be deceived, communicate. Carefully!!!
