In "ACORD TOUR" we ordered the tour "Big Eight…" with departure on 07/28/2012. The trip has been planned since the beginning of the year. All documents for obtaining a Schengen visa were sent in advance to the "CHORD OF THE TOUR". Two weeks ago we received information that the tour we ordered is canceled (without explanation). In exchange for the canceled, we were offered another tour - "Roman, long in the summer", which we, gullible, agreed. The day before the departure of "ACORD TOUR" reported that the passports in the consular department for the entire tourist group, and therefore the departure of the group in the promised tour is canceled, and we will receive additional clarifications only 31.07.2012. at the end of the day. However, on the appointed day, we did not receive any information about the canceled tour or its replacement. The holiday was ruined hopelessly! The cost of the tour was returned to us after a two-week delay, and a letter of apology (with two signatures and a seal) was sent only on August 19, 2012.
Due to lack of space, we do not quote this epistolary "masterpiece", but Azarov's "predecessor" would not have made so many grammatical mistakes! In addition, we were told in the letter that our passports are still in the consulate, but shamelessly offered a discount on a new tour if we dare to book it in "AKORDI ,,," ("AKORD…" has all of us tourists, idiots ? !!!).
Given the primitive agreement offered by "ACORD TOUR" and the illiteracy of the company's staff, everyone in case of emergency will be able to try their hand at litigation with "ACORD TOUR", based on Art. 4, 10, 17, 18, 21, 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", Art. 13, 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism", Art. 11, 16, 23, 280, 611, 1167 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as Art. 1, 5, 16, 18, 19, 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Appeals".
For those who are still planning tours, we give advice: bypass the "ACORD TOUR"!
