The essence of the scam is to offer early bookings at attractive prices, receive full payment and then cancel the tour at the last moment, offering alternative options, but at a much higher price. Judging by the reviews, this scheme at Accord Tour is massive and systemic.
This is exactly what happened to us. Tour "Narrow streets of Italy" was bought in JANUARY 2018 for 4 people, departure on JUNE 16, cancellation message on JUNE 6! Attention, once again: full payment for 5 months, cancellation 10 days before departure from Lviv!
This is what it is designed for, people have already prepared, tuned in and carried out a lot of associated expenses.
As a result, they sell you a budget tour at a high price, and even use your money for several months. And as a bonus, they offer spoiled nerves and mood.
I would like to hear a legal assessment of these acts of the Accord Tour from professionals. In my opinion, on the face of a particularly arrogant and cynical fraud.
