Spoiled vacation SHARASHKINA OFFICE, not a travel company

Reading the reviews about this company, I hoped that I would still be lucky at least a little more than the others, since I am not a very demanding tourist and I am ready to turn a blind eye to many things, but alas, EVERYTHING turned out to be MUCH WORSE than I expected. I chose the Luchiki Montenegro tour for myself, it suited me for several reasons, this is the absence of a Schengen visa and 7 days of rest at the sea in Montenegro. At the end of May, I bought myself a tour for 19.07, but on 25.06 I was informed that due to the lack of a group, the trip was canceled and they offered a replacement, which cannot be compared with the tour I chose, since either the number of days is less or the price for the tour is much less than what I paid. Okay, after lengthy negotiations through an intermediary, since Accor Tour does not want personal communication with tourists, I received assurances that everything is not so bad and I can go to the Luchiki Montenegro tour I chose, but only 5.08, I was incredibly happy . BUT TODAY 16. 07 I AGAIN RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION ABOUT THE GROUP NOT SET AND their alternatives, which again are either cheaper and for fewer days, or have such a number of various surcharges that the tour becomes simply golden. I have no choice but to take my money, forget about the seaside vacation this summer and scold myself for not believing the reviews of other users. Svetlana
