Accord ruined the holiday for the new year. The submission of documents took place 2 months before the trip, which was supposed to take place on December 29, 2015, but not only did they replace the tour due to a shortage, these fucking creatures also dragged on until the last moment with the submission of documents. 12/08/15 - we handed over the prints, and on 12/11/15 we received an SMS that the documents were considered, but for some reason the chords took them only on 12/17/15 (and then because of my persistent calls). It turned out that we were asked for additional documents, which we sent on the same day on 17.12. but they were submitted only on 23.12. As it turned out, it was Christmas at the German Embassy on December 24 - 27, and of course no one even looked at our documents. Today, on December 28, 15, an agent called us and said that the documents had not been reviewed and we were not going on tour. The mood is spoiled and naturally very insulting.
I hope and pray that those freaks because of the negligence of which we stayed one day will run into their own and feel everything in their miserable skin !!!
