Terrible tour operator

It all started three days before departure. When tickets to Lviv were already bought, an apartment in Lviv was booked, it suddenly turned out that the tour was canceled. Alternatives did not suit, in the end they chose the same tour, but a week later. Initially, the tour was chosen with the condition that there would be Tokay. On the last day it was according to the program, we returned the money, but when we got on the bus as a group to go to the tasting, the guide began to give money and told the good news - we were not going to Tokai, we were returning to Lviv. Why this was said at the last moment is not clear, at least we bought wine in Budapest ...

The guide promised to stop by a round-the-clock Tesco, somewhere on the border with Ukraine, and buy wine there. But ... it turned out to be not round-the-clock at all, and when we arrived it was already closed. And then the guide offered us a new plan ... to buy wine at the Shell gas station. There is nothing more to say. Naturally, we were left without wine. Well, at least the forints managed to change.

I will not use the Accord-tour services again and do not recommend it to anyone.
