Drivers constantly violated the rules of the road, so that the passengers did not interfere with them, they simply turned off the lights on the bus completely, slept in the back seats on the bus where the things of tourists lay, smoked on the bus. And the head of the group, Elena Romanova, is just a “beautiful girl”? and nothing more! She managed to give tourists the wrong metro map in Rome. She solved only her own problems, she was rude to tourists, she was late for meetings with tourists, when you asked her something, she didn’t really answer anything, she had to find out the information herself. It is called the organizer itself and the tourists themselves. In Krakow, in general, I dropped off those who did not go on a tour in the shopping center, this is how it is with them. I went to Rome, not to walk around the malls! This is not my first bus tour with other companies, but no one allows such behavior like Accord. It was my first and last trip with this company. I do not advise anyone, even enemies!
