Good afternoon. After the events that happened in 2011 after my wedding (with my honeymoon), I will never contact Accord Tour again and do not advise others.
My husband and I chose a honeymoon tour "Dreaming about it... Amsterdam! Brussels! Paris!". Everything went well, collected all the necessary documents according to all the rules. booked a tour 2 months in advance through a branch of this agency (booked on 08/07/2011). They wrote when we booked at the agency that we were newlyweds, so that there were places nearby. An info sheet came that we have 11th and 12th places and all accommodations are scheduled. Everything is fine, we are already going to take tickets to Lviv. And then 3 days before departure, a message comes that they do not open a Schengen visa for me and offer to choose another tour after 08/28/2011. They immediately told (Akkord himself) that it was all the Polish consulate that did not open visas here for everyone who is assigned to Kiev, that they have such oddities.
In general, in order not to paint for a long time: it turned out that they recruited more people for that tour in order to play it safe. First of all, we sent the passports of those who had previously opened visas to the consulate. And when they all agreed, they did not even begin to send our passports with documents (those who had not yet opened visas before that)! They opened a visa for my husband, but my documents were not even submitted. They returned everything as it is. Attempts to contact the director of the Accord-tour agency lead to nothing. It is permanent or not, or something else. The money was returned, the documents too.
Accord-tour ruined our honeymoon in such a way that now we will remember it for the rest of our lives!
Don't take chances, there are many well-established travel agencies around. I don’t know why I was pulled into that chord to poke my head ..
