Terrible customer service, company not looking for a long term relationship

We chose a bus tour in several European countries with this company.

The problems began with the fact that the group did not get enough on the chosen date, they offered several alternatives. The difference in price was promised to be returned in cash or on account of excursions. But for some reason, their difference turned out to be 2 times less than it should actually be. When trying to figure it out, the company's agents did not provide any calculations and explanations, they simply confronted the fact that the amount to be returned was less.

The program for some transfers was drawn up rather strangely: for example, we rush to leave strictly at the indicated pick-up time, we arrive in another country at 7 in the morning, when everything opens from 9, and just wait for the excursion, which is also scheduled for 9. Question: why push people to quickly leave the previous point, then just wait for the opening of all establishments and the arrival of the guide?

The escort was on her own wave, she ignored any conflict situations and questions from tourists.

The guide was late, the bus did not always arrive on time.

The attendant also did not organize one of the optional excursions, since the required number of people did not get there, and it was "very expensive" to hire another bus. At the same time, the cost of excursions is not so small.

Managers, recruit people who not only enjoy traveling abroad and visiting new places, but who also know how to work with clients! Who do not just think how much they could earn on this trip / excursion, but also to satisfy the client as much as possible so that he comes back to you many more times on subsequent trips. It's in your own interest.

We will no longer travel with the Accord. The mood was lifted only by really beautiful places and new cities.
