HORRIBLE TOUR ORGANIZATION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ACCORD TRAVEL COMPANY!

I have long dreamed of visiting Budapest, visiting Vienna and Krakow, so I decided to use the bus tour offered by the Accord Tour travel agency.

Eventually:

I enjoyed the cities, but too short due to the incompetence of our guide and the terrible organization of the tour.

Our group constantly had to roam at gas stations for three hours, instead of walking around the city.

Even at the beginning of the journey, our bus broke down, and we waited at the gas station for a new one for more than 3 hours. Of course the group got into the situation, but it turned out that this was only the beginning of a "beautiful holiday".

We were sold excursions for 18-36 euros, which are essentially half or even three times cheaper if you get on your own, but in fact, in addition to the transfer and the road, you will get a short excursion to the place and then on the bus.

It turns out that you are told that 1.5 hours excursion and an hour of free time, but in the end you get 20 minutes. excursions and about 40 minutes to run around the place and then you are driven into the bus. For this "pleasure" you pay at least 18 euros.

Hotels are also located half an hour from the center.

Our guide was constantly snapping, rude, could not connect two words in English. Because of this, I could not establish communication with either the group or the hotel staff, guides and drivers. A person at the beginning of the trip could not read the tour program and delved into the tour with us on the bus ... but what can I say, she even reprimanded Schönbrunn the third time.

Due to the guide's incompetence, we lost our time, arrived at the hotels at 3 am, and from 7 am were already running back to the bus.

The escort did not want to answer well-founded questions, she literally ran away from you, which angered the guides of the countries. In countries, there were quite adequate guides, and they twisted at the temple when they saw this person.

Since this person is the face of the company, it means that the company is not professional.

As a result, we lost almost two days in time, could not fully enjoy the countries and get information about them, and also lost a tidy sum in money.

By the way, one Hungarian driver drove us for almost three days, who had to rest for at least 4.5 hours, so all this time we sat at gas stations enjoying their beauties.

To all our claims and indignation, the guide had one answer - Sorry, let's forget this little problem! Personally, I don’t consider scammers with excursions for a large amount of euros and the lack of a normal rest a small misunderstanding ...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL OFFICE if you want to enjoy your trip and relax. For me, this tour was full of emotions, fear for my safety and disappointment.
