Horror and nightmare!!!

We decided to travel with Accord because of previous successful tours. But this time, not only unlucky, but within a month this "tour agency" does not return the passport for no reason. The documents were sent 2 months before the start of the trip, and the visas were not opened even after it began. We are in complete shock. We were called to the consulate for a personal interview 20 hours before the start of the tour. Tour from Lviv, we must urgently come to Kyiv from our city on the day of departure. The reason for the call was the lack of necessary copies, which "Accord" managed to lose. Half of the company visas were opened, but not for two. They don’t want to hear about the return of money for additional railway expenses through their fault and for the tour. Such a pig attitude has not yet been met. So think about it when choosing a company. We only read reviews on their website, but we should have looked at others earlier. Stay safe and good luck on your travels. Accord-SHAME!!!
