Shame on Accord Tour!!!

Were on the tour ,,Perfect Trio, from 27.04.2018 to 3.05.2018 (Krakow, Prague, Munich, Salzburg, Vienna, Budapest). First, I’ll write the pros: the excursions are very interesting and informative, for every taste for your money (price - quality are quite consistent)! The hotels we stayed in are pretty good with breakfasts, except for two (in Vienna and in Budapest), but more on that later! The leader of the group, Olechka Efimets, is a very good leader who stayed with us for these 7 days, solved all our questions, calmed us down when everyone was on edge (more on that later), entertained us with movies on the bus, tried to relieve the tense situation, in general, a competent leader, such leaders must be held by the arms and legs so that they would leave, it’s a pity that the “Accord Tour” was set up like that! There are few such young people now - they constantly counted us, were in touch all the time in Viber, etc. !!! That's all in general! And now the cons: but it's up to you, dear readers, of this memoir, what to attribute to pluses, and what to write down as minuses! :-) We left on 27.04. 2018 from terminal A in Lviv (there is a complete murder - there is nowhere for an apple to fall, if you get into the sanitary rooms, then you need to stand in line for 30 or even more minutes, our flight was not announced until the very departure - we ran around the terminal and looked for bus number 383) at 10:15, although the info sheet says departure at 9:30! All excursions are a transmission, Galloping through Europe, there is no free time either to buy souvenirs, or to use the toilet, or to eat (everything is in an accelerated mode); do not take into account the time of customs clearance (or we went through the wrong customs office, stood for 7.5 hours) the declared tour without night crossings with a stop in Krakow on the first day (initially, the tour was that we stop in Krakow with an overnight stay, then when the info sheet was sent , 3 days before departure, there was no longer an overnight stay in Krakow) but it wasn’t there: we drove through Krakow without stopping by (on the way we just had a bite in Poland), we arrived in Prague at 6:00 in the morning on 28.04. 2018 (isn't it a night move?)?! The hotel is good, called a & o - a room with a bathroom - there is a hairdryer, towels, but no shampoos and soaps (there are common ones, not separately in small bottles) there is a TV and, of course, a delicious breakfast! We lived on the 21st floor - and the view of Prague at night was simply amazing! But for one tourist they didn’t book a room at all (forgotten) and she spent the night with the head in another hotel outside the city (we also didn’t live in the center, but all together)! And at 8:00 we were already waiting for the first walking tour! Prague is really beautiful with its legends and the beauty of historical places - you must definitely visit there! We visited a tour of the Vltava River - lunch on this boat was good and the variety of dishes corresponded to the quality! The tour guide was very interesting! Seeing Prague from the river is just a miracle! We returned to the hotel late after the excursions, and the next day, April 29, 2018, again early in Karlovy Vary - we liked it very much, we got the maximum pleasure! Then transfer to Munich (arrived at 00:00), and in the morning early 30.04. 2018 on an excursion (it’s interesting to see everything that is stated in the info sheet, but the excursion to Legoland was canceled, and only after leaving Lviv), we return late again! Before arriving in Munich, we are informed 2 hours in advance that they changed the hotel (from 4 stars to 3 - the hotel was very good, called the Mercury Hotel - a bathroom (there is a hairdryer, soap, shampoos, coffee machine, tea, water; in general, everything at a high level), but 50 km from Munich! According to the info sheet, we still have to be in Munich for half a day on 01.05.2018, but not early in the morning on 01.05. 2018, we leave and go to Salzburg and other places according to the info sheet - just amazing! In the evening we leave for Vienna! Up to this point, we have already changed 5 buses, for which reason they don’t tell tourists to us, and on the one we go to Vienna (this is bus 6), antifreeze flows (we stop every 10 km, the driver tops up with water)! We arrived at 00:00! The hotel - Kaiserrast is simple, a fairy tale - on the highway 25 km from Vienna, it's good at least with its own bathroom (there are amenities on the floor)! It seems that this hotel is for truckers, because not only is it on the highway, but also at a gas station! The smell in the rooms is as if no one has lived here for a long time - some kind of stale! The view from the window to the parking lot for large trucks is very impressive! Soap, shampoo, hairdryer in the room! 02.05. 2928 Breakfast left much to be desired - what was called coffee - this is diluted coffee powder, from food: potatoes, sausages and cold cuts, plus diluted yuppies ,,! We left (on the same bus where antifreeze flows, the driver still tops up!) at 9:00 to Vienna - a walking tour of Vienna (by the way, all walking tours in each city are 2-2.5 hours in the morning and it all depends from the guide it will be interesting or not)! Tip - visit both museums in Maria Theresa Square! At 18:00 we left Vienna for Budapest! We arrived at 00:00, because, as usual, the driver stopped the bus every 10-20 km to add water, and then spun around the city for another 1.5 hours in a circle, winding up his mileage, respectively, for an excursion,, Boat trip along the Danube, covered with a copper basin! We arrived at the hotel ,, Berlin hotel ,,! If the Germans had seen what a bedbug called Berlin, they would have blown it up! The smell, as if a hedgehog died here, reigns in the rooms (rooms for 4 people), the shower is just a hole in the floor and when you wash all the water flies on the door, from which the door to the bathroom swelled and from below begins to rot + fungus on it! ! No hair dryer, no shampoo, no shower gel! But in this hotel they paid a fee of € 1.75 per person! With grief in half spent the night! It feels like it was a transmission of "The Last Hero"! 03. 05. 2018 Breakfast was not bad, coffee, of course, is a horror! At 8:00 we gathered in the hotel lobby (we were told that another bus would come for us, 7 in a row, on which we would go on a tour of Budapest and Ukraine! Everything is on suitcases, nervous laughter already makes everyone think about the adequacy of each , and the discussion of this "Perfect Trio" is shocking! The bus arrived at 9:30 (1.5 hours on the suitcases at the reception - it's hard + romance!) We go on a walking tour of Budapest and on the way we are told that the arrival there will be no more in Eger, although it is in the program!Tour of Budapest 2 hours (if you can call it that, then it is RUN, and again run, in the literal sense of the word, to the bus to cross the border earlier! People begin to resent that let me go to the toilet, buy something to eat!And God heard our prayers . . .. Thank God, they gave us 10 minutes (a group of 29 people) to fly into the supermarket and who else managed to get into the toilet! Here they announce to us that there will be no stops to the border, even sanitary ones (300 km, heat)! Let's go to the border! The stop, nevertheless, was made after 1.5 hours, because many tourists really needed it! Passed customs and Hungarian and Ukrainian in 40 minutes! Everything, finally, Lviv, URAAAAAaaaa, everyone was ready to kiss the Ukrainian land! ! The name for such a tour is not ,,perfect trio, but ,,stay alive,,! Enjoy your trips with Accord-tour!
