Sent with Accord parents

We went with Accord Tour 6 times and considered ourselves regular customers) We decided to send our parents on a trip "Two + Two"26. 05. 13. Cost from 560 euros. Parents were warned that anything can happen on a trip. They left on May 24, 13 for Lvov, but the visas have not yet been issued. We were worried, of course, that they would not give it, but the trip was paid for and we had to go. In the evening, they breathed a sigh of relief - they gave visas! The bus - people sitting in front lie on their parents' laps (if the seat is lowered) The seats are narrow, they do not move apart. The guide is silent all the way, does not say anything at all. He dissuaded me from two excursions, saying that 20 people are not enough and the company will suffer losses if they are held! We were evicted from the hotel at 9 am, since there are no excursions, then in Krakow there is free time until 4 pm, despite the fact that it is raining and 12 degrees Celsius! We were looking for a hotel until 2 am, settled in the village. The room is so spacious that it fits two beds and a FOLDING TABLE!!! If you expand it, then you can only go sideways !!! They already called both the Accord tour and the company where they bought the ticket, no one can talk to the guide, although the contract says that he must provide general regional information! It’s just inconvenient in front of the parents , waiting for their return and counting the days until the end of the trip. I do not dissuade anyone from the Accord, I just share my impressions.
