Scam for the naive

I read the reviews and I don’t even know if we suffered or, on the contrary, were lucky that the trip did not take place ..

The first time the tour was paid for in February 2018, I wanted to get to Switzerland, my husband to Germany, they found something that both of them liked, a 6-day tour, so to speak, “a gallop through Europe”. We decided to dedicate a trip to the 5th anniversary of married life, so an early booking for May was great. Everything seemed to be going well, the price of the tour was growing, so they bought it. Suspicious things began to happen 20 days before departure, when they changed the departure time and did not report it, I saw it on the website purely by chance, I was shocked, because the train tickets had already been bought, and with the change in time, we had to arrive in Lviv a day earlier. They figured out after two days that the time had really changed, but somehow they forgot to warn the customers. Okay, some tickets were handed over "while losing on the commission" and bought new ones.

The suitcase was packed in anticipation of the trip ...... and less than a week before departure, we are informed that the tour will not take place. I’ll omit the description of this situation .... there were no words except for mats .. - they took a vacation at work, tickets, my grandmother took a vacation to be with her grandchildren ....

In exchange, they offered Poland / the Czech Republic for 3-4 days, something that cost three times cheaper than our cost, or something with those countries that they wanted, but with an additional charge and for 4 days ... they decided to take the money ....

But the desire to visit Europe outweighed all the same, and we bought a tour for December on Kathol. Christmas. I chose a tour for which there are a lot of reviews, which seems to travel often .... And again, 10 days before, I accidentally look at the site, but the dates of our tour are gone .... In return, they again offer not at all what I wanted or what I wanted, but with a surcharge and for a shorter period. Tickets again. Again spoiled holidays, a lot of nerves and complete disappointment ...

But the peak of the arrogance and fraud of this tour operator was that they offered not to take the money and buy a tour to Prague for the spring of 2019 for the third time, supposedly it will definitely take place.

From everything that happened, I conclude that this sharashka office has turned from a travel agency into some kind of “credit union” that takes an advance payment? very good, especially if you take into account the number of people who, like us, are led by this loud but empty name “Accord Tour”?, they keep them on their accounts for several months? and in our case, almost a year!? And then they make great money on interest, why take a steam bath and organize tours.

I know that we are fools and during the waiting time we could have traveled a hundred times ourselves. which we will now do. I just want to save people who do not have much money but have a great desire to get to know Europe, these scoundrels will smash all your dreams and desires to smithereens, you will lose money and they will earn on you anyway. Run away from them, and if all the same contacted immediately count on the fact that apart from Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary they will not offer you anything for the money that you paid
