Just returned from the New Year's "The Shortest Journey" from Accord. About the good - the tour program was well chosen, we were tired in moderation, everyone had time, the head of the group, Irina Sodzhak, was just a smart girl, showed everything, told, nursed us, answered all questions, the films were well chosen, clearly voiced the program of actions, on the way told what and where we pass. She has a separate respect, as well as the drivers, they didn’t confuse the roads, they managed to do it everywhere, in general, as for the employees, everything is fine. Questions to Accord - why were visas open for the tour on December 29 from 30?! I understand everything about embassies - that the operator is not responsible and so on. but our visas came out on November 9th. could the tourists be informed about this in advance? we would have taken tickets for another train or would have planned a time in Lviv. So no, we were confronted with a fact already on the bus - instead of Slovakia we are going to a shopping center because we have to go somewhere before 12 at night until the 30th comes, then another hour and a half of stupid sticking at the Uzhgorod checkpoint at night in the cold. Why? You knew about it, so write in the informlist check-out not at 15 o'clock (by the way, on the website the departure was at 16 o'clock), but at 20, for example, and everything would be clear to everyone. The same story with the arrival time - it was written on the website and in the informlist - the arrival from Dresden to Lviv is about 13:00. We were afraid to take train tickets back to back and took them for five o'clock in the evening, calculating that we would walk around Lviv with pleasure for 3 hours, have a bite, etc. As a result, we arrived at 9 in the morning, and in winter walking around Lviv is not three hours, but seven Not that fun, to be honest. They explained to us that the arrival time had shifted because no one wanted the last excursion in Dresden, so we left earlier, respectively, arrived earlier. But the last excursion was to the porcelain factory in Meissen, where nothing was working on January 1, it is clear that no one wanted to pay 38 euros per person to go kiss the door of closed shops and leave, why was it even planned for January 1? Considering that for the whole bus, i.e.. 49 people - only two were from Lviv, and all the rest were connected with trains, then there is a suspicion of a bestial attitude towards tourists - according to the principle, we organize as best we can, and you will not die. Of course we will not die, but the pads are ugly to say the least. And another question for the Accord - why on a tour where in three days 2 night crossings they give a bus where the backrests recline just a few centimeters ?! Last year we drove from Algol so we didn’t notice the road, the seats were like beds. The tour itself is excellent. For three full days we saw 4 cities - Bratislava, Vienna, Prague, Dresden. Let it be short and concise, but still cool. The guides in the cities are excellent, the excursions are well planned: informative, short, you don’t get tired, and in every city you definitely have a couple of hours of free time for souvenirs and food. On the way there we also passed night Budapest - a fabulous beauty. The hotels are good. now advice to those who go on this tour - take whoever has small forints and zlotys. the road there goes through Hungary (by the way, it’s not clear why), they don’t take euros at gas stations for water and food, the same thing when returning through Poland. toilets are free everywhere. They smoke everywhere, the main thing is to be near the trash can, so as not to litter. Wi-Fi does not work in the Academic Hotel in Prague - keep this in mind for those who care, that is, you should not count on Wi-Fi everywhere in Europe. In general, I can say that the tour is not without complaints, but it was a success. In the end, how else can you visit 4 European countries for 168 euros? Who doubts, do not hesitate, no one has died of fatigue yet, and the impressions will remain with you for a lifetime.
