Tour "Conquering Hearts". we also had a situation: when we paid for the tour, the price turned out to be less than at the time of the deposit, but they took the previously agreed amount from us, arguing: for the current price, we need to rebook the tour, but there are no more places for this tour. After 2 weeks they called back that the tour was not picked up. I had to settle for another, as they said "more expensive", which as a result turned out to be cheaper than ours, because it was open source software. Also, the head Dima Karyakin tried to swindle us for money. Why less than an hour before Lviv made a sanitary stop for half an hour. As a result, we missed the train by 5 minutes! I remember Dima's last phrase - everything bad will be forgotten. I would like to answer - a bad hotel in Prague has really been forgotten, but your disgusting, Dima - no!
