Travel agency: Аккорд-тур Туроператор (Lviv) Service type: пакетный тур, экскурсионный тур |
In the summer of this year I was "lucky" to become a tourist of the "Accord Tour" to Italy (via Vienna and Budapest). If all went well: good and very interesting excursions, quite comfortable bus, beautiful landscapes, picturesque cities, but there was one big BUT, which erased almost all impressions of the trip - a constant feeling of hunger… Now I will explain why. At the beginning of the trip, when we were sitting in the bus, the group leader made an announcement to us, explaining that there will be three types of stops along the way: sanitary (up to 15 minutes), technical (5 minutes) and food (up to 40 minutes). However, no one, starting from the first day of the trip, which started at 10.00 (departure from Lviv) to 21.30 (the time of arrival in Budapest to the hotel), no one stopped to eat like that. And in 15 minutes people left to go to the toilets and get back to the bus, because in addition to our group, other tourist buses and cars were going in the same direction…
To the question of passengers "And when will there finally be a stop for food?quot; the leader of the group replied that they have a schedule and “How many rounds are there? Only 8 days. Be patient until Sunday. " Of course, the schedule is a schedule, but the stomach is also a stomach…. But nobody thought about it when organizing the tour.
It was possible to eat normally only on the last day of the trip in a cafe on the road to Uzhgorod. Finally, we did not eat what we were served for breakfast. In particular, the program of the tour stated that the breakfast was a buffet, but in fact the Swedish was only in Hungary. And in Italy, hotels gave PORTION, that is, when we arrived at 7.00 in the restaurant, we were taken not to the common room, where all the residents ate, but in a separate abandoned room with the inscription "Ukrainian group" (Ukrainian group). On the tables was food already spread out in portions: a small bun with a piece of cheese so thick that it glowed, a piece of butter and jam to spread, and a glass of juice. All!
Nothing more than one for 40 people decanter of milk and muesli… Of course, not everyone had enough milk… later… And most importantly, when the already meager food ran out, the supplements were not given. There was only coffee and tea - hot water and bags in unlimited quantities. What impressed me the most during those Italian days? No, not the Colosseum, or the Vatican, or the palaces of Venice, but the GIANT FLIES that crawled on the tables, sat down and ate, fell for coffee….
For an hour of travel they gave only a 30-minute lunch break between excursions, but it is impossible to eat for them, because the restaurants cook for at least 20 minutes (I ate), and there was no fast food nearby….
I also talked to a guy who works at the hotel. When asked why we eat separately, answering that our agency transferred little money for that…. Therefore, the question arises, where did the difference go?
"Either people pay more, but get a normal meal, or do not indicate in the tour programs that the hotels are" buffet "- I wrote to the management of the Accord on their website, and they remove the inconvenient reviews for them!
Among other disadvantages:
1) the day before the tour, the manager called me and said that he had ordered a free transfer from the station to Terminal A, where the tour began. However, arriving 15 minutes before the appointed time, the stop was empty. Worried, I started calling the numbers listed in the tour program, but in response silence… After waiting an hour, took a taxi for 150 UAH. Then I learned from other tourists that the transfer was at 7.00 and that not everyone got there. When asked why he did not answer the calls, the leader of the group could not explain anything before the trip, noting that he had a working day from 7.00. That is, at 5 he was still asleep, and turned off so as not to disturb!
2) The program included a sightseeing tour of Budapest, but it was not conducted. For 23 euros, whoever wanted, rode one hour on the Danube, but in the dark you can not see anything. To the question of passengers "And where is the overview?quot; head response "Yes it is." "No, it's not a tour, it's optional, because the cost of the tour has ALREADY BEEN INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE TOUR WHEN YOU BUY IT." So, we never saw Budapest, and the money was paid.
3) It was listed in the program and Lake Balaton (through it to pass the route of the tour when returning to Ukraine). But when the tour started, the program changed and was changed to Lake Bled with a surcharge of 18 euros. However, tourists were unlucky there as well - that day the borders with Slovenia were closed because the President of the Russian Federation arrived. Lucky for Balaton, and the money for Bled is not returned. People say: "Return the money", and the leader says: "So you were brought to Lake Balaton instead of Bled"! "But Lake Balaton had to be from the beginning and without extra charge"
4) Those who go alone, settle about three in a room. And sleep on one bed! It is logical to miss that they have to sleep on different beds, because they are not relatives, not friends, but barely acquaintances! But many who were alone were put in a room and put to bed! Of course, they could settle for two, three, if not paying for single accommodation, but not for one bed!
Here is a kind of "vacation". Apparently, this was my first and last time with the Accord Tour! And if they want less and less tourists to go with them, let them continue in this direction….
