Cancellation of early booking tours is not an exception, but a practice

My experience of cooperation with Accord tour company.

On 10/26/2017, I purchased a tour https://www.akkord-tour.com.ua/tours/6985, departure date 12/23 (already at the time of purchase, we had seats at the end of the bus).

As you understand, tickets to Lviv and back have been bought.

But on December 7, 2017, Accord Tour announced the cancellation of the tour. According to the contract, we were to be provided with an alternative replacement with a maximum surcharge of 5%.

There was an offer to buy any tour with a surcharge at the current price of the tour, and this is 100% more expensive than it was at the time of my purchase.

Accordingly, the operator has not fulfilled its obligations.

I do not advise you to contact this operator with early booking tours. If they are not profitable as a result, the tour will be cancelled.

You can only leave positive reviews on their website or Facebook page (negative reviews are deleted), and if you open the Internet and read on the forums, they very often use this scheme.

And the money is returned only within 14 days.

Although my money was used for 2 months, and taking into account the exchange rate, this is a rather profitable scheme.
