Review of the travel agency Accord-tour Tour operator

When choosing a tour, the service was good, no problems arose, little choice and not quite what we wanted. It was a tour bus trip. tour name - Beautiful Venice! Transport was not very good, not very convenient, small and not comfortable. I almost did not go on additional excursions, I was only in Venice - I liked it, but in Budapest it was bad, they showed only part of the embankment and this is not what I would take this excursion for next time. I would like more time, otherwise it feels like I was in Budapest and never was. There was a very bad hotel in Budapest - there was no shampoo and soap, there was no where to buy to take a shower after the bus. Dull and dirty. The food is normal. The quality of the hotel and breakfast was better in Venice. As for Budapest, it makes no sense to take a tour of it, because it is a travel city and there are no tours around it - an hour is not an excursion, about 1 km of the embankment and a return back. We were in Vienna for a very long time - 10 hours, plus an uncomfortable bus - you get very tired. Before you take a bus tour, you need to think carefully about everything.
