Dear Accord Tour, this person spoils your reputation !!!!! We constantly left at the wrong time because of her !!!!!!!! she even got stuck on the first day by 15:00!!!!!!!And we, like fools, jumped all over the parking lot at 8:45 and looked for where the bus and the leader were! We drove through the empty border in 3 hours!!!!!!, again thanks to Olga's TALENT, she let everyone go to duty free, then gave back their passports and everyone again rushed to duty free, and then just wandered around near the bus. . when they asked why we were not going, she said that not everyone had returned yet, she was told that, in fact, everyone was already on the bus, and only after that, we deigned to go! many excursions did not take place because she did not deign to group with other groups. asked not to put on karaoke, so she put it on. and in general she is a complete non-professional !!! there was such an excursion in Budapest that we didn’t understand at all whether it was over or going on !!!!!
