Travel agency: Аккорд-тур Туроператор (Lviv) Service type: экскурсионный тур |
On May 7, 2019, we booked the Journey to the Baltics tour for June 23 with departure from Kyiv. On the morning of June 20, it was listed in the guaranteed tours section, and the travel agent promised to send an information sheet, but at lunchtime we find out that this tour will not take place. In a letter signed by Oksana Andryushchenko, alternatives were initially proposed that did not fit (apparently, the dates of the holidays are now set by the Accord Tour). Responsible for the rebooking was named Katerina Golubnichaya. When asked about the return of money, the travel agent replied that it was difficult to get money quickly from Accord. (Interestingly, if they take a loan for a vacation, then what to do?). After a long search, we settled on the Baltic Breeze tour on June 24 (Although the tour did not fit very well according to the program). Instead of an apology and compensation, Accord representatives demand an additional payment of 30 euros per person. NO ONE TOURIST IN THE GROUP PAID SUCH A HIGH PRICE. On June 23, the accompanying guide called and warned that the departure would be no later than 06:15 the next day. In fact, we left the South Station at 08:21. And now let me introduce the accompanying guide Vera Karasova - an example of incompetence, unprofessionalism and outright rudeness. From the very beginning, she kept saying: “I was supposed to go to Italy, but the heat is 40 C there, I went to the Baltics, I have instructions.” For all the time, Karasova could only read the rules of conduct on the bus, the contents of the excursions and independently praise the ferry, repeating the same thing. Karasov does not have any informative general information about the countries. Not only that, but in the morning on the road Vilnius-Riga Karasova just slept or played on her smartphone (Do they also sleep and play at the workplace in the Accorde office?). When problems arose during the settlement on the ferry, which Karasova knew about from Kyiv, she disappeared, the phone was switched off, there were no lists at the reception, in which cabin she was. We had to contact the travel agent to resolve the issue. When Karasova showed up an hour later, she deigned to diagnose me: "Sick in the head." Karasova's subsequent behavior was the usual tantrum: “I don't work for Akorda. . . I have a service agreement. .. , my boss is to blame for everything, she made me extreme. . . ”(This is a question for the Akkord HR department, which, apparently, does not know how to conduct tests for the culture of communication and stress resistance). Karasova confused the time for ferries, so in Stockholm they arrived at the port an hour before the gates for landing, and before Helsinki announced their arrival at 08:00, and at 06:00 she ran along the ferry and woke up (the ferry arrived at 07:00). During the sightseeing tours of Riga and Tallinn, Karasova was not with the group. But after Tallinn, I looked at the purchased alcohol and showed me a souvenir (cup). In Tallinn, the sightseeing tour was limited only to the Old Town, everything else declared was transferred to an optional course, a sightseeing tour of Riga by running, Jurmala automatically disappeared. I don’t want to write about Karasova’s act in Vilnius at all, it looked like childishness. The only thing Karasova managed to do was raise money for electives and city-tax. Belarusian drivers - a separate conversation. For almost a week, they enjoyed the unencumbered vocabulary of communication. I would like to remind you that other people's money and spoiled vacation will definitely not make you happy.
