I doubted the tour operator very much when I bought the "Our Beautiful Weekend" tour, since the reviews about it were extremely negative, but there was no other way out - only they provide such a trip to saturate with excursion programs.

Before the trip: we received an information sheet on the last day before our departure to Lviv from the Dnieper, which was somewhat alarming. The accompanying tour group, Irina, agreed to wait for us in Lviv for a free transfer to Terminal A, which somewhat smoothed the impression.

Trip: due to the situation with our predecessors (who were found to be smuggling cigarettes), all bulky luggage was marked. We stood at the border for about 6 hours because of the huge queues. Special thanks to Irina - thanks to her we passed the Polish customs quickly and without problems. Due to a delay at the border in Poland, only a sightseeing tour was waiting for us. But the guide Stas corrected all the negativity - a very energetic and cheerful guy who cheered us all up.

Briefly about the hotels selected by the tour operator:

- hotel Jurajski (Poland) - not bad, the broken furniture was embarrassing. In general, the room is not bad, there is hot water. Breakfasts are acceptable.

- Hotel atlas 3 *, benesov (Czech Republic) - I really liked the room, but the breakfast spoiled the whole impression: cold milk for instant cereals, meat and cheese cold cuts - and that's all. The meat, it seemed to me, was spoiled, and on the way to Vienna I was terribly nauseous. I had to take pills.

- Pest Inn (Hungary) - breakfasts are not bad, the bedroom in the room is good, and the bath is "soviet", dirty. I did not like the attitude of the staff towards the Ukrainians, and the requirement to leave bags that could fit a sandwich or a bowl of food (they are afraid that their precious food will be stolen, apparently).

Briefly about the work of tour guides:

- Stas (Poland) - a great, funny guy. His story about the trumpeter sunk into the soul.

- Yana (Austria) - picked up very interesting material, quoted various statements of famous people, even read poetry.

- Olesya (Czech Republic) - somewhat rude and rude. Didn't make much of an impression.

- Pani Livia (Czech Republic) - a very interesting lady, her stories are worth listening to.

- Lyudmila (Hungary) - I didn't like the sightseeing tour and the Fisherman's Bastion performed by her. There are shortcomings in the presentation of the material. But on an excursion to Szentendre, where it was possible to slowly submit information, she made a good impression. She also helped us get to the hotel by metro, for which she is a special human thanks.

Bus: quite clean, comfortable.

Drivers: professionals. Thanks to them, we quickly reached the Hungarian-Ukrainian border and, accordingly, home.

Final impression: the work of some guides, drivers and the accompanying group smoothed out sharp corners. But, clearly, this organization has room to grow.
