Brevity is not my sister, I give it out as it is. We bought a tour of Europe: Krakow, Prga + Dresden from Accord Tour (16.04.18 - 19.04.18). The days spent in Europe, without taking into account the way there and back, were excellent. We visited several excursions, the guides Victoria (Prague) and Gerold (Dresden) are just super, very charismatic and funny. But I’ll tell you more about the work of drivers and the organization of the tour by the company. So, about a dozen buses leave terminal A at once, all of them, of course, go to the border. As a consequence, a queue is formed of the n-th number of buses waiting to be checked. By an unfortunate fate, our bus was the last one, because the driver, having failed to leave, decided to stop by the gas station to exchange a couple of three words about the new engine for about 30 minutes. Thus, 8 hours spent at customs led to the fact that the tour we did not have time to get to Krakow, however, as well as for a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel. At 5 in the morning, we half-heartedly arrived at the hotel, at 6.30 we have breakfast and immediately go to the metro for an excursion. During the night journey, we were accompanied by threats that we risk staying overnight on the highway if we do not have time to get to the hotel before a certain time, because the drivers have a sensor for the time spent on the road, as well as that we will not be in time for breakfast at the hotel, the fact that the excursion to Krakow is canceled has already been decided by everyone. Then it was a good 2 days in Europe, after which we are going home again, on the way we drop in on the promised excursion to Krakow for 1.5 hours, during which the rude guide drives us around the old city. So, we have 5 minutes of free time in the literal sense, and we continue on our way. As you have already noticed, we don't go on shared 2 excursions to Velichka and Brno, and the people who paid for them lose their money forever. The way back: everyone has more or less recovered from the shock of moving to Europe in a normal mood, they are going back, filling out the handed out questionnaire, leaving positive feedback. But here we again approach the border, everything goes relatively quickly and we seem to be in time for the trains home, but then it suddenly turns out that our bus with Czech numbers does not have permission to move around Ukraine, and accordingly we have the prospect of staying at the border indefinitely while waiting for legal transport. In the next 4 hours, the Accord tour company, trying in every possible way to avoid fines, agrees that they still give us passports and we return to Lviv. With a big delay, we returned to terminal A, and after that we were slowly taken to the railway station. A few words about the guide of our group: in my opinion, Alexander Ananchenko is new to this business, he, of course, tried to help everyone, but he has something to work on: organization and control are at a very low level, I will also note problems with languages: Russian , Ukrainian, English - everyone is lame. In conclusion, I would like to say that travel, including Europe, definitely yes, but the Accord tour, categorically, no.
