March 22, 2017 paid for the tour "A little more and Berlin" on May 4, 2017. Order number 31113133133. They said to wait until April 11, until the Accord-tour says that the group has gathered, then go and open a Polish visa. On April 11, they said that there would be no tour on May 4, they suggested for April 28. I took the documents, paid for the visas on April 13. It turned out that you need to apply for a visa on April 27. Visas can be obtained on May 12, but the tour is booked for April 28. Accord tour waited until the last moment. I called 032-242-8-377 to be told what to do. They told me that they could not change the situation, and that I contacted the operator with whom I made out the contract. I do not recommend using Accord Tour services.
