Travel agency: Аккорд-тур Туроператор (Lviv) Service type: экскурсионный тур |
I have used this operator several times in the past. I went to Europe with them for the first time back in 2011. In the fall of 2017, I went with them to Switzerland-Germany. In general, everything suited, except for late arrivals at the hotel and a crazy gallop. From 3 to 5 cities per day. There is a kaleidoscope in front of my eyes and porridge in my head. In the summer of 2018, my husband and I went to Spain with Accord. Very far and tiring, but since we knew that the way there was not close, I had no particular complaints. Having some experience, they took a minimum of excursions and walked on their own. I would have used their services further, if not for the incident that has recently been happening to many who want to go to Europe with Accord. I decided to take my eldest son to Europe, to show him such cities as Warsaw, Krakow, Berlin, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Cologne. I bought an early booking tour for us 2x in November 2017. Departure guessed for the autumn holidays of 2018. Throughout this time, the travel agent assured me that according to the tour operator, everything is fine and the group is recruiting. At the same time, the price went up. A month before departure, I bought tickets, because. you won’t find tickets from Kharkov to Lvov for the autumn holidays. And now, 6 days before departure, a travel agent calls me and informs me that the group has not got enough and the tour operator offers alternative replacements. When I read the alternative replacement programs, I was discouraged to say the least. . . instead of a tour without overnight trips for 10 days to France, Holland, Germany, I was offered 5-7 days with night trips and not quite where I wanted, also for other dates and with an additional charge. BINGO!!! Of course I refused such alternatives. I tell them: "Guys, on your site in guaranteed tours for my dates there are Spain and Switzerland. I was there, but if that's the case, I can go there. I like it there." They answer me that you can go on this tour, but with a surcharge of 250 euros per person. I tell them: "guys, what's the extra charge? You used my money for almost a year without interest. This tour is cheaper than the one you don't take me to, and I have to pay extra for it? I sent them away. I took the money. To my credit travel agent, they returned them quickly enough, in the same amount and even in the same currency. Since my son and I were determined to visit Europe for the holidays, I quickly planned the trip myself. We really didn’t get to France and Holland, but walked up to our hearts’ content in Krakow, Warsaw, Gdansk, Berlin and Prague. We booked hotels through Booking, apartments through Airbnb. They traveled to the cities by trains and buses. Perhaps the trip budget was higher than if we went with Akord. But you feel like a white person, enjoying the beautiful European cities, and not rushing through them headlong, grabbing some fast food on the fly and photographing the sights from an unwashed bus window. In a word, now there are all the possibilities, not to ride in a herd, and in order to use them, you just need to step over your fear once that something will not work out for you. I wish you all unforgettable independent travels and adventures. All the best!
