Traveling to Europe is just super! It is a pity that with the company Accord Tour

The tour operator - Accord-Tour was not chosen by chance, earlier (5 years ago) I already went on a similar tour in Europe with Accord - everything was at a decent level.

We chose the "Ideal Trio" tour from 04/27/2018 to 05/3/2018 (Krakow, Prague, Munich, Salzburg, Vienna, Budapest). Beautiful name, beautiful cities, tempting conditions.

I will give my opinion at the end, but for now the facts:

1. Departure from terminal A was delayed for 40 minutes for an unknown reason (the terminal is overloaded with people, there are half-hour queues everywhere, there is no place to sit down, in addition, our bus was not announced - I had to look for it myself, winding circles around the terminal).

2. Border crossing - 7.5 hours!!!

3.Tour without night crossings with a transit visit to Krakow. We did not have time to visit Krakow - according to the leader of our group, due to the long passage of the border, in order not to waste any more time, we immediately went to Prague. We drove long and slowly. We got to the hotel at 6:30 in the morning, and here is the unannounced night crossing. Further on the tour in 7 days we changed 5 buses!!! One of which was broken, we rode it for 2 days and because of it we didn’t have time for an evening tour along the Danube in Budapest (which 90% of the entire group were signed up for).

4. There were also problems with hotels - there were fewer booked rooms in Prague than tourists. They had to live in another hotel. The 4+ hotel in Munich declared in the info sheet was replaced with a transit hotel 50 km away. from Munich itself. Further, a motel for truckers in the suburbs of Vienna at a gas station. And the Berlin Hotel in Budapest leaves much to be desired.

5. Breakfasts in hotels are good (with the exception of Austria - there is little food and everything is not tasty, not even edible. I was very pleased with the breakfast in Budapest, despite the hotel itself.

6. Excursions - out of 3 selected in advance, we managed to visit only one, the second was canceled, we did not have time for the third. An excursion to Neuschwanstein Castle is just a fairy tale, very beautiful nature, the Alps and a majestic castle on a rock. The impressions are great.

7. Guides (sightseeing tours, the cost of which is included in the tour) - Munich, Vienna liked. Not in Prague, but perhaps due to the fact that he was constantly urged on - he could not fully convey the information. By the way, the guides themselves do not speak very well of the Accord.

8. Group leader Efimets Olga - a young girl, not yet experienced enough. All 7 days she courageously withstood the flow of negative emotions, discontent, claims, etc. Constantly solving problem after problem, in touch was 24 hours. Basically, she did everything she could.

9. Travel companions are an important part of any group event. Luckily, we had an excellent group, everyone is positive, active, and friendly. Thanks to my fellow travelers for bright emotions, new acquaintances and unforgettable impressions

This was our NOT "Perfect Trio" ...

The moral of the above is that the cities, architecture, castles, gardens and parks seen are just super, but this is not the merit of the Accord-Tour. The services provided leave much to be desired, the tour operator could not or simply did not want to properly organize a pleasant stay for customers who pay them money
