For example, yesterday they wrote this review, after 5 minutes they deleted it.

I ordered a tour of Greece "Surf Music" with a departure on 06/29/2018. These dates were holidays. Paid immediately in full, plus a tour package with excursions. Confirmed. Looking forward to vacation. The tour operator confirmed and they also said that they sold almost the last seats at the end of the bus.

And then the tour is canceled due to the fact that the group did not gather. They offered alternative options, but they did not suit me in terms of departure dates.

They also offered to return the amount paid for the tour and tour package. This option suited me, because the vacation was coming soon and it was necessary to plan it differently.

I'm waiting for a refund ... And at that time they found another tour for me and we booked it. But I could not pay it all, because my money was stuck in ACCORD. I've been waiting for them to be returned to me.

And suddenly yesterday they report that the money will be returned only in two weeks.

This does not suit me, because now I do not have the opportunity, through the fault of AKKARD, to pay for another booked tour.

I called the hotline, they answered me to deal with the travel agent and read the contract, it says that the refund is in 2 weeks. But the contract does not specify such terms.
