In September 2010, my wife and I traveled to Hungary and Austria. Olesya accompanied us, unfortunately I don't remember her last name. Everyone was satisfied with it, except for one passenger. She knows everything and helps everyone.
The hotels are normal, the breakfasts are hearty, the excursions are interesting. I didn't like the fact that the bus was driven by ONE driver. Considering that on the way back we drove continuously for a day, then it was already unsafe.
After arriving in Ukraine, we also took advantage of a free tour of Lviv, where my wife and I had not yet been.
I want to make one point in particular. We bought the June tour in April, and 12 days before departure, my wife needed an operation (outpatient). So Accord-Tour returned the cost of the tour FULLY!!! Many thanks to them for this. As soon as the wife was so strong that she was able to withstand the trip, we again bought the same tour from the same travel agency.
