Traveled with "Accord" in the tour "Paris at a glance" 16. 06. 2012-23. 06. 2012 I use the services of this company for the second time. The first trip left me with a lot of positive emotions and not a single comment, which cannot be said about the second trip. I agree with the opinions of many tourists that almost 80% of the success of the tour depends on the leader of the group. The sweet girl Natalya Stoyanova made a good impression at first, but it turned out to be a mistake. In Paris, she was replaced as if with a glassy look, no emotions, she answered all questions dryly, like a robot. We flew the way from the hotel to the metro in 15 minutes (the hotel was at the end of the world and very far from the metro) at a gallop, without having time to see the landmarks on the sides and as a result, on the way back to the hotel we got lost and circled around the area for 30 minutes, asking passers-by how do we get there. For 3 days in Paris, we almost did not meet our leader. Accidentally found out about the place and time of morning gatherings. And when they asked why they didn’t tell us, they received an answer that they sent SMS to everyone. Strange, but no one received them. Apparently, the guides of "Akkord" have only one function - to "divorce" as many tourists as possible for money, which Natalya did with success. When I asked her if she could tell me how to get to the Louvre, because I would like to spend more than 2 hours visiting this museum, as Accord suggests, but more, Natalya, making big frightened eyes, said so that I don’t even dream about it, because I’ll spend 4 hours in line for tickets, and we have everything ordered for a specific time and we will go to the museum quickly and without problems. I naively believed and happily gave 76 euros for a 2-hour run around the Louvre for two with a child (a child of 15 years old). What was my disappointment when I found out that the tourists from our group visited the Louvre without any queue for 10 euros, and for children under 18 the entrance to almost all museums in Europe is FREE!!!!!!! Thus, the company "Accord" profited out of the blue by 66 euros. Of course, I understand that you can do some cheating, but not 6 times !!!!!!!!! It was the same with Versailles, only an excursion to it cost 50 euros per person. For 2 hours of walking around the palace, we paid 100 euros (for two), the gardens of Versailles were closed due to a storm warning (although the sun was shining with might and main on the street) and we were offered to “walk” along the square in front of the palace, which we studied up and down for now waiting for the entrance to Versailles. As a result - resentment and complete disappointment, the mood was spoiled. And the brave tourists from our group again visited Versailles themselves, spending 3.5 euros on the metro, and the entrance to the gardens of Versailles turned out to be free. So this tour turned out to be very instructive for me, in terms of how not to trust the leaders and how you can save your hard-earned euros. So my advice to you - do not be afraid and try to visit all the sights yourself - you will get more impressions and pleasure and you will not be disappointed. It is better to spend money on buying souvenirs and gifts for yourself and your loved ones. Well, in general, the trip was a success, the bus was very comfortable, the drivers are very smart - we always arrived on time and even 1-2 ahead of schedule. The hotels are excellent, the food is also on the level. The organization of the tour as a whole can be called good, but next time I will think 20 times before agreeing to visit a tour or a museum with Accord.
