DIVISION

Let's go to Europe for the New Year! Tour number 188. The name is "Super Blitz". I have never seen such disorganization and irresponsibility. Terminal A was supposed to depart at 09.30. There were a lot of flights that day. . . We were waiting for the announcement of our flight, but until 09.50 no one announced our flight. . . Our guide's two phones were out of touch. . . . The bus arrived anyway and we left at the beginning of eleven to the border. As a result, they turned out to be almost the last ones, there were 16 buses in front of us, (our tour is announced without night crossings). We stood at the border for seven and a half hours. . . According to the tour program, we had the city of Krakow, which we were supposed to visit, but alas. . . . The guide made an offer not to stop by, but immediately go to the hotel in the Czech Republic. . . All tourists unanimously agreed, as they understood that in Krakow it would not be possible to see anything in the evening. . . We got to the hotel in the Czech Republic at half past five in the morning !!!! We'll get up for breakfast at seven! In the morning the guide announced that we had a trip to Regensburg according to the program. . . . The majority turned out to be willing. . . It was decided not to walk around Prague for a long time and leave at 15.30 from there to get to REGENSBURG. Prague really did not manage to see. . . They boarded the bus and left, in theory, for REGENSBURG, but someone decided to go straight to Munich. . . Then, as it turned out, Regensburg, according to the program, was supposed to be on the third day !!! But we decided to put it on the second one, since it is on the way to Munich. . . . Perhaps this was done in order to save fuel, so that on the third day not to take tourists especially to Regensburg 120 km. I'm talking about the bus! It's just old rented junk!!! We were overtaken by escalators on the way!!! The staff is not educated and deceives tourists. . . Instead of going towards the tourists and at least somehow cheer up, they brazenly lie in the eyes !!! They asked me to stop by a store in Hungary on the way back to Ukraine, to which they received an answer that they would not be there on the way. . . But on the way out of the bus window there were two shops right next to the autobahn and you don’t need to go anywhere inland. . . My indignation was immediately refuted by the driver, who said that there was no such item in the tour program to stop by the store !!! I was immediately overcome with anger and annoyance. . .. But what about Krakow, which was announced in the tour program and we didn’t get there??? But what about Prague, where we didn’t normally walk around and were torn off to Regensburg, but were immediately taken to Munich???? WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHARASHKIN OFFICE, SO THAT NERVES WERE GOALS!!!! TOTAL SCAM AND BESTAL ATTITUDE TO TOURISTS!!!
