This year I decided to save some money and in April I paid for the Pivnichny Express + Fjordi tour on 22.07.2018. Naturally, the operator took the money in advance, but the price was very good, 182 euros. 10 days before the scheduled departure, the operator notifies of the cancellation of the departure without even giving the reason. But it offers options. By the way, we are not talking about the return of money. Several options of the worst in terms of content and some of the best but with a surcharge. Having tuned in to the trip and not wanting to change plans and spoil your mood. I agree to replace the tour Give me the dawn Pivnochi true with a change in the date of departure already on 07/28/2018. The surcharge amounted to almost the same amount as the original order, namely 170 euros. And the money is naturally again forward.
The tour on the company's website hung as a guaranteed departure, and even on the day when I received a letter with the same content that the tour would not take place and again offers to replace it with something. But they already offer tours that are cheaper and with different content, not equivalent, but proudly without surcharges. No apology, no offer to refund. Hence, I conclude that with all my positive practice of previous trips with the Accord tour, at this time, the operator is engaged in fraud, attracting early booking prices, initially not intending to serve the client at the last moment, in the expectation that the tourist does not have time to cancel the trip, offering a replacement with a surcharge that increases the cost or the worst option (no surcharges). In my case, both the original trip and the alternative they offered were canceled with a surcharge that I successfully paid them.
If you count something else with my money, and for two this amount was about 970 euros (out of greed, I also paid for a tour package of 160 euros for two, though with a 10% discount), the tour operator has been using it for 3 months, then it’s not bad, probably Accord is doing well. After all, they do not bear any penalties for disrupting the trip. And they seem to absolutely spit on the broken plans of people. Not a single letter from the operator apologizes for the cancellation of the trip. Let's see how long it takes to get back. money. So be careful with the Accord tour. I consider them scammers.
