In full chocolate... Germany and Switzerland!
The countries themselves, of course, are beautiful and this is true.
But the organization of the trip was so to say .... obviously rather weak.
It seems that Accord-tour is taking a group along this route for the first time and is training for us.
We were always in a hurry to go somewhere, but we always didn’t have time, there was only enough time to conduct a paid excursion at an accelerated pace. And that's it. And there was practically no free time in the cities of Switzerland, where we actually went.
I also really wanted our guide to not only read us excerpts from Wikipedia and stage series from Orel and Tails, but also have some knowledge about the countries and places where we are going.
Upon arrival home on 07/02/2017, I found that I had left my shoes in the passenger compartment of the bus, under the chair on which I was sitting, immediately called Accord Tour with a request to give me the driver's phone number to ask him to send me shoes by Nova Poshta. It seemed to me that there is nothing complicated in this.
The operator of the Accord-tour replied that she had accepted the application and would soon look into this matter.
The next day 07/03/2017 our guide called me and said that the bus had already left for the next tour, but she would contact the driver via Vibere and everything would be fine.
A week later, July 11, 2017 it turned out that the driver is still not responding, apparently still on tour.
07/14/2017 I got the driver’s phone number and dialed it, as it turned out, according to the driver, no one told or said anything to him, although he really saw the shoes, but by his simplicity I decided that hardly anyone could need new shoes, what to do with them he didn't know and the best he could come up with was to throw them away!
Yes, it sounds very true!
But an expensive Accord tour, because this is not such a rare situation when a tourist forgets his valuables, especially in the passenger compartment, and such nuances should be resolved quickly and clearly.
Because otherwise it is your reputation that suffers and not the weak-minded driver.
