About good and bad

Tour "Rome attracts us" bought almost 2 months. My agent, according to the tour operator, told me that on October 6 the trip was in doubt, very few tour packages were sold. I called the tour operator myself and asked if the tour is in guaranteed tours, can I be sure that it will take place? In an uncertain voice, they answered me that there is no guarantee that the tour can be canceled the day before the start, and that the tour is guaranteed, nothing means! They kept them in suspense almost to the end, and then they answered, why, they say, you are worried, because the tour is guaranteed, it will take place anyway! Well, very strange informing customers!

I liked the tour itself, I saw what I had dreamed of for a long time, but everything was running and running, there was no time even to take a normal picture.

The hotels were good, except for one in Padua - cockroaches, dirt, rust, mold and

web. The drivers are just boors, especially the elderly, I don't know their names. I caught a cold during the trip, cough, fever, got permission from the head of the group, Irina Lyudkevich, to lie down in the back seats. The drivers drove me in a rude manner after 5 minutes and the elderly lay down himself, although I myself understood that they needed rest more, but what if there were no empty seats? In the same rude way, he drove a woman from her seat, who decided to move to another free seat. We were constantly scolded for littering, we were not allowed to enter the bus with tea or coffee. A couple of times the drivers got lost and we arrived at the hotels at 3 am. But breakfast was still at 7 o'clock, and so for 2 days in a row. Irina categorically did not agree to postpone the tour for at least 1 hour, although the whole group was indignant and asked.

A separate story about films. I watched The Devil Wears Prado a couple of times at home, once on a previous Accord trip last year, and again on this trip, and it was the best movie ever. Then for half a day in a row we were shown films from the nineties (or eighties), a children's film about a little girl and her friends, a teenage version about aliens, a base vulgar comedy film where the hero farts in the boss's face, etc. It was impossible to endure, the earplugs did not save, then people were indignant and when they put on the 4th film in a row, they screamed to turn off this crap. I don't understand why torturing tired people with such rubbish?

Choosing this trip, I just dreamed of being in the Széchenyi baths, which were on the program. But Irina Lyudkevich did not even offer them when she collected money. She answered my question, why, they say, do you need to swim for 26 euros for two hours? And for 26 euros 40min ride on a boat is better. Then it turned out that a ticket to the baths costs not 26, but 16 euros. Very disappointing. It is clear that the company does not earn anything on entrance tickets to the baths, so they hand over the boat.

Well, about the good. We were all brought to Krakow for free!!! (we crossed the border very quickly and this is thanks to the drivers!!!). On the last trip with Kristina Petrenko "Gambling vacation in Paris" in September 2018, we were charged 10 euros, although the city was in the tour program. Those who did not want to pay were dropped off at the shopping center. Nevertheless, I recommend the tour, I hope that "Accord" will take into account all the comments
