Not very 'Have a nice weekend in Prague'

Choosing a bus tour for the first time, the choice fell on Accord, because among all travel agencies it is heard, Accord has a large selection of tours for every taste and budget, as well as acquaintances have repeatedly traveled (though long ago) and praised.

I chose a short tour "Have a nice weekend in Prague", which stated: Krakow, Prague, Dresden + tour of Lviv.

The weekend would have been really nice if not for the Accord organization.

So, the cons:

1) We flew through the promised Krakow due to a delay at the border (later in response to my complaint Accord still returned part of the funds, I will write about this later).

2) Very old and bad buses! You can't carry people in such conditions! Inconvenient, plus the air conditioning was constantly buzzing behind, which also dripped on people.

3) If you read paragraph 2, then I do not stutter about the TV on the bus :)))

4) Cherry on the cake - guide Christina. Sweet girl, but not at all oriented in the city, or in the organization of the group, in anything!

We had to look for everything!

5) The promised daily check-in took place at 7 pm for most of the group precisely because of Christina's incompetence, because she could not check in on time. Although a small group still won their right to settle and Christina quietly gave them vouchers. And guess what? They had no problems with settlement! Although Christina assured us that no one had the right to settle down earlier in the evening and drove hungry, unwashed, hastily disguised tourists to hot Prague.

1) In Krakow, in response to my complaint, I was returned part of the money.

2) A wonderful guide Irina in Dresden!

3) Good hotel.

4) A wonderful guide in Lviv.

5) A good group with a sense of humor. Without him in such a journey it would be difficult for us :)
