Unfulfilled dreams

Having visited many European countries, I decided to fill in the gap and visit Slovakia for the May holidays. I did it in advance: back in January, I signed up and paid for the "Magnificent Five" tour, but it was removed, which they did not even deign to notify (I found out about this myself from the site). I decided to fill another "gap" - to visit Slovenia. Of the many tours I have chosen on the site, I was told that they could only accept an application for the "Italian Night!" tour. with a visit to Ljubljana, Lake Bled and Murska Sloboda, I visited all the other places earlier and they did not interest me. I agreed, although I was counting on a more complete tour. Four days before the tour I was informed and sent an inform. sheet, but with changes that for me personally were decisive when choosing a tour, namely, excursions in Slovenia were replaced with excursions in Hungary, and even in those places where I had previously been. In addition, the departure time from Lviv was postponed. In fairness, I want to note that the tour is interesting, the hotels are good, there are no complaints about the guide, but we only drove through Slovenia along the autobahn, so I didn’t see anything new. I don’t understand how it is possible to change the route in such a way that one country can be changed to another, moreover, without informing tourists in advance. Why does the company "Akkord-Tour" take upon itself the right to send tourists not where they want, but where it thinks to "shove" them? For some reason, they opened a Hungarian, and not a Slovenian visa for us, although in parallel with us, another group with an unchanged program was traveling along the same route. By the way, they had big problems with buses, which had to be changed 4 (!) times to Slovenia. I also have complaints about our drivers: during the tour they never cleaned the bus interior. This was my first time traveling with this travel agency, but I probably won’t risk it again and I won’t recommend it to others. Other firms do not allow themselves this, and they have long abandoned night crossings.
