"Accord" on its website offers tourists who have bought a tour, accommodation in Lviv before the trip. Booked a room "Comfort" on Efremov 4 weeks before departure on the site, indicated a phone number, no one called back.
I wrote to "Accord" in a chat on Facebook, they said that this room was booked for us, but it was necessary that the travel agent who ordered the tour sent the application.
The travel agent immediately sent an application, in response he received information that this room on Efremov was not booked for us, and in general there are no free ones, there are only housekeepers at Terminal A.
Again I wrote to the chat "Accord", but no one answered me, a complete ignore.
Do not try to book accommodation in Lviv through Accord, you will only waste your time and nerves.
