Good evening, I want to share my disappointment with the Accord Tour. In November 2018, my husband and I went on a Weekend tour in Krakow, everything was more or less tolerable, I won’t go into details now, the budget bus tour, of course, has its drawbacks, we will talk about the second trip. In November, we paid for a tour to Prague for our 18-year-old student daughter, in which she was supposed to go with a classmate friend on January 27th. And so we wait, we bought tickets to Lviv and back, we got the suitcase, and on January 21, Accord announced the cancellation of the tour. In return, they offer the same tour, but on the dates when studies will already begin, on January 27, in order not to hand over railway tickets, which of course they DO NOT compensate, they cannot offer anything. We agree to another tour with an additional payment of 25 euros, we rent round-trip train tickets, we lose money, there are no suitable tickets for 31.01, we bought train tickets from hopelessness that takes 14 hours from Kyiv to Lviv. The info sheet says that the guide will contact the tourists a day in advance, no one called, before leaving for the railway station, we call ourselves and clarify whether the tour will take place. We got to terminal A, waited for boarding, the seats were 41 and 42, in fact there were 30 people on the bus, it turns out that the chord tour holds the first places in order to offer them for a separate surcharge. We left, went through customs quickly, to Krakow, there was little time. And then our problems began and as it turned out THEY ARE ONLY OURS, although my daughter is on an organized tour and accompanied by a guide. My daughter fell ill, lost her voice, started coughing, it’s a decent ride from Krakow to Prague, she coughed all the way. We arrived in Prague at 23.00 at the hotel, she measured the temperature - 39.2, fortunately I gave her medicines for the journey, but antipyretics in a small amount, with difficulty after taking several drugs, I managed to bring down the temperature. In the morning at breakfast, she approached the guide Zoryana, announced that she was ill, described the situation and asked where she could buy antipyretic drugs, since she was running out of them. The guide replied that pharmacies in the center and most of them do not work on weekends and that's it. My daughter, with a temperature of 37.5, went to the center by public transport, with a group that was taken on an excursion, thank God she found a pharmacy there, bought herself medicines, which are much more expensive in Prague than in Ukraine. I am from Kyiv, I contacted the tour operator through which the tour was bought, to find out about honey. insurance and reimbursement of expenses, to which the Accord tour replied that he had contacted the guide, and she claims that she was only asked where the pharmacy was and she gave an answer, there is no insured event because it was not announced, but the guide has an insurance policy since he group. In the evening, the temperature was high again, the next day, I was sitting in the room, until check-out, we left Prague at 10.00 in the morning. Okay, they reconciled, in principle, the daughter had to insist on providing insurance and calling a doctor, but she is 18 years old, she went on her own for the first time, was treated with what she bought. . It's a shame that my daughter's first independent trip was not successful and I would not write this review, BUT at 17.00 there were those. a stop of 20 minutes, at which the bus began to leave after 10 minutes without her, and the guide Zoryan gave her an insurance phone number and offered to call on her own, from roaming. And after that, I could not stand it, this is a typical PUCKING, the phone number is city, Kyiv, there is no insurance name, there is no pole number. The insurance is valid FOR the territory of Ukraine, a bus in Poland at the entrance to Ukraine, I have a question, where should my daughter use the insurance, on the highway, at McDonald's? Why didn't the guide offer to use insurance on the first day in Prague when they asked her? And in the evening, even after they contacted her from the central office, she not only did not offer to use insurance, she did not ask what happened to her sick tourist and only at the entrance to Ukraine, realizing that no one would turn anywhere, she did her duty. This is how Accord tour values its customers. But they organize tours throughout Europe, and our country strives to be a part of this Europe, but with such a service as Accord Tour, we are still oh so far away. And with such a service and the appearance of low-cost airlines, I think the Accord will not be long.
