Travel agency: Аккорд-тур Туроператор (Lviv) Service type: экскурсионный тур |
Positive impressions from what he saw on the trip can not be blocked by anything, but the "Accord" still managed to spoil the mediocre.
There was no secret that a cheap tour itself should involve certain tricks for me, but that there will be so many pitfalls - they really managed to surprise me here.
I won’t write about conditional moments such as staying in hotels (some people wouldn’t dare to call them hotels, more than that - three sections a9.Ch.4.b1mi) / although the operator could have been more attentive to this point (in one of the hotels it’s trite there was not enough food for breakfast, not to mention the living conditions themselves and the distances to tourist points).
Group tours were not an end in itself, since for me personally, for example, it is much more pleasant to get acquainted with the area one-on-one, but the "tour package" simply does not leave freedom of choice - like it or not, but you have to pay the minimum 33 euros. In order to spend this minimum package, it was decided to go on an excursion to Vesuvius. Ultimately, I discovered for myself on the road - in order to get into this group of lucky ones (Vesuvius), you need to pay an additional 60 euros in order to get to Naples first. Accordingly, the minimum amount of the tour package does not cover the cost of the tour and the money simply burns out.
There were neither one nor two similar situations in the group: tourists who went directly to this particular tour to see the island of Capri or ride a gondola in Venice - excursions did not take place due to a shortage.
For some reason, in the tour itinerary, a day on the road towards Rome is indicated as a "day in Rome" (despite the fact that there are absolutely no complaints about drivers and roads), so about three days in Rome - this is written in oil.
A separate (and perhaps the only) gratitude is the amazing local guides Aleksey and Bogdan (Rome and Florence), who are captivating and so alive. It creeps in that only they alone (in terms of organizing the tour itself) were worth the trip. In a couple of cities, there were rather mediocre sightseeing tours (a la here we have a flower shop, and here my husband and I like to drink coffee).
Further. Expenses for transport, renting an audioguide and other expenses that have not been announced anywhere and by no one (and this is neither more nor less minus 67 euros from your budget) become a rather unpleasant surprise on the road. Especially when you don’t have cash with you and you only have one credit card on hand, there’s already a question for the operator: who compensates for the withdrawal interest, for example?
What then does the cost of the tour itself consist of, it is not clear, even if insurance is not included in it? For me, this question remained not clear, and therefore open.
This is not the first time I have encountered a lack of competent accompanying guides in the company who would be able to help in solving pressing organizational issues or answer questions that occupy me.
Sadly, in fact, there is not a single truthful review on the site.
Thank you, "Accord", not the first, but definitely the last tour with you.
