I have used the services of this tour operator more than once and the quality and service have always been on top.

But recently the company has changed its policy of work. And there are a lot of surprises waiting for customers. Unpleasant.

I booked a tour without night crossings "The best minutes in Italy" for my father-in-law.

There were 2 dates for October - 15 and 25. I specifically specified on which date the bus would be exactly picked up, the company representative assured that it would be on 25 by train. Well, OK.

Accord's prices are now "floating", as it turned out. When submitting the application, the price on the site was 146 euros, upon confirmation they billed 173. After the call, however, they re-billed for 146, but the sediment, as they say, remained.

Also, a tour package for 5 excursions was purchased in advance with an 18% discount (the company gives such a discount if paid in advance, and not during the trip) in the amount of 136 euros per person.

On the 20th, I requested an info sheet, and then they tell me that the tour is canceled!

As an alternative, they offered three tours with nightly transfers to earlier dates, or a refund in a month.

After talking with the father-in-law, we decided to agree to one of the proposed options. And then the representative of Accord informs that for this tour there will be an additional payment of 100 euros per person! And even if you go to the "Best Minutes in Italy" on the next date on November 2, there will still be an additional charge.

But that's not all. They moved the tour package, but there was no longer an 18% discount on excursions.

If I had booked for myself, I would have canceled immediately. But the father-in-laws are elderly people and have already tuned in to the trip. Therefore, she did not begin to explain anything to anyone, she paid extra that the Accord demanded and they went on a trip.

Bottom line: much more was spent on the tour than planned, railway tickets and the cancellation of a hotel reservation in Lviv with losses, fees in a hurry and just spent nerve cells.

Chord! You have long built a reputation as a reliable tour operator. I simply did not expect such bestial attitude towards tourists from you. You have lost me as a client. And I advise all people who decide to buy a tour from you to think well, so as not to spoil their vacation.
