My negative experience with Accord Tour

We left on 12/30/2018 with flight 619. If we start from the very beginning, we ordered a completely different tour (a tour of Europe). Our tour was not booked and we were told a week before the new year that we were not going there. They offered to go skiing with a lot of excursions in return. As a result, as soon as we got on the bus, we were told that we were settled in another hotel in another city (100 km further). In the course of announcing the availability of excursions on the tour, it turned out that half of them are not held on New Year's Eve. That is, the tour operator did not deign to find out before offering a tour. What interested us in the excursions did not live up to expectations, for 30 euros we were shown two villages without people and we paid an additional 10 euros to climb the mountain by 200 m. At the end of the same day there was an excursion to the thermal waters (which was already on the way to hotel), my friends and I refused this excursion, but we were still charged 8 euros of tourist tax (that is, even if you didn’t go on an excursion, the chord tour will still take money from you, since most of the tourists went there, we waited 2 hours for their own 8 euros per person). We began to quarrel with the guide, to which she said that this was the management's decision. We, if you have any complaints, then everything after the tour. That is, I could not use my 8 euros. Who is going on this tour, I can tell you more about the chord-tour services. If the chord cares about its customers and you are interested in me and my friends using your services, then contact me. I want a refund that I didn't use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
