We bought in advance the tour "Ski weekend in Zakopane!!!"

The tour was supposed to take place on 16.12 - it was canceled, with the opportunity to choose another tour with a surcharge (30-40 euros) but not a ski one. (Krakow or Budapest) Or choose the same tour but on a different date without additional fees. We reacted loyally, saying that the group did not get enough, it happens .. we chose the date for 01/18/18. Tour canceled again! In the end, we took the money, and Accord used our money as an interest-free loan. LOH client. I'm not even talking about the fact that we lost money on tickets and accommodation (moreover, 2 times, since we had to get to Lviv and spend the night). I'm not even talking about the fact that 2 times they wrote an application for a vacation that did not take place. I don't understand how you can leave clients on the same tour 2 times? People, do not repeat our mistakes! if, of course, you are ready to play the lottery, you don’t feel sorry for your nerves, money and time, try to take a tour of the early booking promotion, maybe after several attempts you will have a ghostly chance to use the service.
