My first trip abroad with a tour company,

In general, for the first time I decided to go abroad. Chose the country - the Czech Republic. I chose a tour (Prague candy) to stay in the Czech Republic more, to see Prague.

The problems started from the very beginning. The thing is (I don’t know who was stupid here, either a travel agent or a tour operator). I bought a tour back in July !!! I wanted it for the end of August, so only after I left the advance, they only called me back and said (that is, they couldn’t tell me before receiving the advance) that I wouldn’t have time for the end of August, they offered to reschedule. Well, here I still reacted normally and moved it to the end of September. I handed over all the documents that were required of me in August, well, I’m waiting ..... So not only did they write it down for filing already in mid-September, they started calling me just a day before that they say that my documents are old and I need to redo, Oh, and then I ran and got nervous. But I got a visa.

At first we were in Prague for 4 days - and everything was fine, since I didn’t buy any of their excursions and walked myself as I wanted. But the next day ... there was Vienna and Budapest, and so I couldn’t appreciate either one or the other (I don’t understand why they shove so many excursions that we don’t have time for later?) And these crossings, stops are not convenient ( there is no logic at all, drive three meters from the border of the Czech Republic and Austria, where everything is 10 times more expensive, there is no need to stop normally in the Czech Republic) or stop in Hungary exactly where they do not accept euros, but only florins, which no one has, since in Hungary we only rode the ship in the evening.

In short, somehow not professional on their part.
