Love, Paris and pigeons or how it really was

I want to tell you about the bus tour from the Accord-Tour company, which we were not lucky enough to visit.

The impression of the tour is a test of survival. Only the memories of the bus and toilets on the road remained in my head. When I bought the tour, it didn’t even cross my mind to ask for a printout of the tour in time. Only when we got on the bus and we were given a printout of the distance between cities, I was shocked.

Departure at 8.30 from Lviv. We were at customs for an hour and a half. We arrived at the hotel at 23.00. Everything was fine.

Departure from the hotel at 8.30 and arrived in Berlin at 15.00 (according to the schedule at 12.00 they should have arrived, but got stuck in a traffic jam). The Holocaust. At first it seemed creepy, but after walking for 9 hours in Berlin, these plates served as beds for the entire bus (and very comfortable compared to the bus seats!). Even the drivers !!! Who had to drive us to Paris all night and all day! And after that, we have to go to Paris 1050 km!!! I was very afraid for this road, and 42 people were entrusted to them! In Berlin, there was only one toilet next to us, which worked until 22.00, and then closed. And we left at 12 at night!

We left Berlin at 24.00, and arrived in Paris at 18.00. At the same time, the last sanitary zone was at 12.00. After that, immediately a sightseeing tour of Paris for 1 hour, and according to the plan for 2 hours, then a photo at the Eiffel Tower. The photos were “chic”, since we were without a shower and rest for 33.5 hours! I had one desire - to send the one who invented it on this tour. We checked into the hotel at 19.40. was the first day in Paris!

Day 4. We walked on our own, did not take any excursions, but enjoyed Paris without our terrible bus and incompetent staff.

Day 5 Check out at 8.00. Let's go to the Louvre. The bus was supposed to drive up to the Louvre at 11.00 and pick us up. EVERYONE gathered on time. Except for the bus itself. It arrived only at 12, and we just wasted an hour waiting for it.

At 12 we left Paris, on our way to Luxembourg. We arrived at 17.30. We gave time until 20.00. the last time we ate at 7 o'clock in the morning! So we decided to go out to eat, and then to the store. But we were in for a surprise. It turns out that all the shops here work strictly until 18.30, but we left 5 minutes later and didn’t have time to go anywhere, even elementarily to buy food for ourselves on the road. Naturally, no one told us about the opening hours of the shops, which is why it all happened. At 20.00 everyone gathered. It got very cold. The bus was half an hour late.

Day 6 overnight transfer to Prague. We arrived at 8 am. We have a 9-hour walk ahead, the bus sucks. The only thing that pleased us was that at 12.00 a 2-hour excursion along the river with lunch. before that we went with a sightseeing tour of the city with Libya. But more It was impossible to listen to it for 15 minutes, we stopped near each house and she told its story in detail, which was absolutely uninteresting. We decided to walk around the city ourselves and meet at the bridge to go on an excursion.

At 11.15 we (there were 4 of us) came to the place indicated by the guide. After 15 minutes another 5 people pulled up. At 11.55 we began to worry that there was no one and decided to call our group leader. to approach another bridge. although 3 different groups of people to whom he pointed to this bridge came to the place, and those who stayed with the tour went longer to the right place. At the same time, he himself did not even deign to call us in advance and ask where else 9 !!! !! the person who signed up for the tour. !! We jumped up and ran to this bridge. But it was podzno, the boat sailed away, our guide did not even say that they were leaving just about, run faster. True, the money was returned to us, we ourselves rented boat and sailed, but without dinner. At 17.05 we left Prague, and the hotel arrived at 23.00

The desire in every moment of the tour is to return home as soon as possible. Because what we experienced is not rest, but torture.

Separately, about the guide and drivers. Our guide Misha, a person may not be bad, but an absolutely irresponsible worker. This is proved by the situation in Prague, and a bunch of other small situations in other cities.

Drivers. In fact, we had one of the drivers as the leader of the group because he commanded, and not a guide at all. They drove along the navigator without knowing the road at all, so they often got into traffic jams typical for these cities at a certain time. We drove 80-90 km / h. no more. The driver did not exceed the speed limit. but as soon as we crossed the border on the way back Poland-Ukraine, and the driver said that he was late, he needed to repair the bus and he had to go on a new tour tomorrow, we drove far from 90 km / an hour, but much more. At the same time, violating the rules of the road. We are glad that we arrived home alive, because when we arrived at the station in Lviv, we heard that the driver said that some kind of brake was not working on the bus, and he vision problems, he sees very poorly in the dark when he gets tired.

Upon arrival in Lviv, our neighbors said we were like gypsies. No, we were not like gypsies, but like elite homeless people. We lived homeless for 7 days for our own money.
