Good afternoon.
For the first time we decided to go on a trip in this way, namely a trip by bus tour. Up to this point, we went on various tours and holidays by air and were always satisfied. But we were recommended to try the bus and recommended the Accord tour, convincing us that this operator has a high and high-quality service. And we decided and it was the first and last time!!!!!
Upon arrival at the railway station, we were taken by a transfer to terminal A, from which buses leave for Europe. Our flight turned out to be the last one in departure, namely, we arrived at 7.00 and left on a trip at 10.30.3 hours, we sat waiting. When our time came, we were given a bus from which all 43 tourists had a complete SHOCK. Old, with broken seats, flies were flying in the cabin, there was practically no distance between the seats in the rear seats. Tourists who paid extra for the front seats for 310 hryvnias were sitting on a chair that they could not even expand. As we have already learned, the Accord tour managers told each tourist that there would be comfortable Neoplan or Mercedes buses. Everyone began to complain and turn to the group leader to change the bus for us, because it was so uncomfortable to ride it, and at the same time it was night to move around. After a small strike, we were promised to replace the bus at the nearest border and we were DECEIVED!!!! We arrived at the border of Poland, passed it and were told that there would be no replacement and we would go by this bus. Everyone began to resent, so it was a hoax in plain text. But the tourists had no way out and had to travel 4 days on such transport. Unfortunately, since we spent most of the time on the bus, the impressions from the tour and from the operator are the most negative. After talking with other tourists, they said that recently such precedents with this operator have become very common.
It is unfortunate that when companies start to grow, the quality of service becomes so bad and companies stop appreciating their customers. Unfortunately, the Accord tour did not even apologize for such a service, but they also work with Europe, and they themselves are an order of magnitude lower than the level.
