Nightmare! Divorce!

This trip was a gift. It was called "Awesome Weekend". And the trip disappointed with the organization, the leader of the group and the time that was allotted to the cities. Only the feeling of a divorce at the end of the trip remained. It all started with the fact that they did not warn that it was possible to carry across the border. Therefore, I had to throw away some of the food (the stop to eat was very long and everyone was hungry), and that part of the food that remained could not be eaten either. Since it was forbidden to eat on the bus. Begging for a stop to the toilet or a meal turned out to be unrealistic. We left Lviv at 7.20 and the first toilet was at the border after going through everything. And then for the whole day they stopped me to go to the toilet, and at the same time I had a snack at 14.30. Until that time, my stomach managed to stick to my back. Already started to feel sick. The leader of the group knows nothing. You ask the drivers something or ask - they answer aggressively. When we bought a tour, they said that there would be a lot of time for each city. As a result, in Krakow 2 hours (1 private sightseeing tour, 1 hour either for food or for a walk), 6 hours in Prague, 5 hours in Vienna and 1 hour in Budapest (from 22.00 to 23.00). The rest of the time on the road and in the hotel. Checked into the hotel very late. So the seprchis are on the road all the time. Hotels. . . The first one was good, but the second one was so-so. The bathroom was leaking, the holders were falling off. But because of fatigue, I didn’t want to go and swear. The only plus is the breakfast is tasty and full. The group leader almost forgot to buy tickets for transport (I can’t even imagine what I would do then), she doesn’t know what time we’ll be, she didn’t warn that there would be another excursion on our bus during the day and we had to pick up personal things (because in the city the luggage compartment of the bus cannot be opened and hidden there). That will warn you about something late. Then instead of driving to the place where the bus stands, we walk for 50 minutes. But in the end it turned out that there was no need to go around the metro and the bridge, but go straight and we would have cut 15 minutes. The drivers were late for the appointed place, and when they asked us to stop somewhere, they told us "we were waiting for that, now it's time we need to catch up. We'll stop when we stop. There's no need to be late." Although it was they who came later. They said that they couldn’t stop in the city, so they were given 5 minutes to get off or land, and there were excellent paid parking lots around the corner, where other buses with tourists stood. The leader of the group said that she would include films about the cities where we were going. The result was two films. One about Krakow and the second about Vienna. In Budapest, they wanted to join the tour. They approached and asked the leader of the group. She "I know". As a result, they waited until the moment that the group enters the boat, everything is promised to the Ains. She ran to ask only when I was psychonudic and went to find out for herself. She saw that she approached that guide so flew up as much as a run. The time of departure or collection was always changing and we, personally, were confused. The difference is big in 5-10 minutes, but still not convenient. The cities themselves are magnificent, interesting and I wanted more time, as promised when buying a tour. And so there was a feeling that they ripped off the money and that's it. Just divorced. Yes, and in the info sheet it was possible to warn that they don’t eat on buses, that you can’t carry sausages, so take fruits and cookies for snacks, take water with you, as it is expensive there. It seems like a trifle, but when you spend a lot of money and, as a result, spend 70% of your time on the bus, and even with such an attitude, there is only one nigot from the cantor. Thank you for ruining our vacation. For the money that was spent, it would be better to go on our own.
