Bought a tour Our beautiful weekend. The tour package included the amount for excursions 108 euros. We chose excursions, even paid extra some amount because it was not enough. But in the last city, the tour was canceled and we were offered the ONLY walk along the Danube with champagne. Since our family does not drink, we considered it unnecessary to pay 100 euros for three for 40 minutes on the boat and refused. The guide informed us that since the tour did not take place due to the fault of the operator, the money will be returned to us. But it was not there. The agency told us that since we ourselves refused the tour, they would not return anything to us. And one more not unimportant moment. Not a single time did we receive a call from a representative of Accord-Tour. There was only correspondence between the travel agent and the tour operator. Terrible office and do not publish negative reviews on the site.
