Tour operator Accord Tour simultaneously released about 8 of its buses on tour and to the same border. As a result, a queue of 12 buses formed at the border and as a result we stood at the border from 3 pm to midnight. And according to the hotel in Budapest, we arrived at 4 am (this is despite the fact that the tour without night transfers). Did the employees of the Accord Tour, working in this field for so many years, not know that every bus is checked at the border for at least 45 minutes, both in Ukrainian and Hungarian, and let their buses go on trips at the same time. Boorish attitude to people as to the poor. In addition to this guide, it was also reported that there were no queues at the other border, she did not react at all, also knowing that at the border in Chop the lights were turned off for 2 hours and there was a system failure.

People were forced to suffer sitting next to the bus on the grass, even with children. I do not advise anyone to this tour operator. It is better to pay more, but go without pain. We also had to leave back at 6 am, because we had to go on an excursion to Eger, which we had to spend on the way to Budapest, and we galloped to the Miskolc baths.
