The first problem that arose was the submission of documents for biometrics. The tour was bought in March, we were told that there was enough time and you would slowly collect the documents in mid-May! But, everything turned out to be wrong. Call, urgently need to submit documents. in the visa center of France there are long queues and you can not make it in time. Ok, a package of documents is being quickly assembled, biometrics is scheduled for May 18th. On this day, more than 40 people handed over from Accord, for the first time I saw the lack of organization, when a representative comes and says, wait, I still need to send people before you to get German visas!

There was a conversation in the agency that we only hand over biometrics, but here they say that if you want it faster, then hand it over yourself, here are the documents.

Okay, passed. Gave a tracking number. After the release of the documents from the embassy, ​​a week passed until they announced that they had given a visa! All tour operators who are accredited at the embassy receive information promptly on issued visas, but here they dragged on for a week. What was the problem is unknown. There is only one answer to all questions - the documents did not leave the embassy. It was necessary to start making a little rustle in order to quickly get an answer - there are visas!

Departure on Tuesday, there is no tour program, we strain the travel agency, on Sunday at lunch we get the program, departure on Tuesday. There was little time to prepare and find out in which hotels we spend the night, what is nearby. There is zero information on the trip time, but approximate calculations show that you need to drive about 800 km per day, and in some places more than 1000 km. Immediately there are questions about the points of overnight stay, the distances are large and the time to visit cities simply should not be physically available, taking into account sanitary stops.

We arrive at the terminal. The bus is good comfortable, but not for such transfers. Guys, what year is the bus??? That's right, 80-90 years of release, after overhaul (information is present on the glasses). For this tour it was possible to pick up more convenient, modern and comfortable, and this one goes with a cruising speed of 80km/h+10%!

We arrive at the border. Passage of customs. There is a toilet, but it costs 0.5 euros, you can only pay in euros, other currencies are not accepted, and there is no change from 20! If you know about such moments, then change money at the Terminal for people so that they can solve their basic needs. We were ready for this, so it was not a problem for us, we also distributed a trifle to the suffering.

Now for the tour itself.

Customs clearance takes 3.5 hours, respectively, we are notified that Budapest in the evening can be very beautifully viewed from the bus window, and if we stop, we will not have time to check into the hotel! Of course, they promise Budapest on the way back, everyone believes and agrees. We arrive at the hotel in Gyor very late.

We had breakfast and set off, a long journey through Austria, Germany with a visit to Munich and an overnight stay in France. Who planned this route??? Drive about 1200 km! We got to Munich, we didn’t go on an excursion in order to have time to have a bite to eat. it is impossible to eat due to lack of time. Food is only what you take with you, no one delivers it to stores. Maximum - gas stations with shops, and there you can buy only fast food food.

In Munich, many chose an excursion to the Allaz Arena, they said that there was no time, under pressure, those who wanted to take a photo were brought up for 10 minutes!

In the evening, after settling in, the choice is to eat or go to bed faster. The settlement in Morcheville La Ba (France) was after 3 pm CET!!!

We got up at 9. it was said that breakfast is from 7 to 10, but as we remember, we arrived at 3! Alas, breakfast is already over and you won’t be able to eat in the morning. I had to go to the nearest Lidl supermarket, since it is budget. Buy food there. We leave for football, but they explain to us that there are big traffic jams near Lyon and we can be late for the match, so Geneva will be tomorrow. What to do, we go inspired by football and the victory of our team. The stadium is located outside the city, there are no problems with travel. There are a dozen Ukrainian buses in the parking lot, although you can fit dozens of times more. Yes, there was a delay on departure due to the fact that the person could not pick up their belongings from the storage room. We arrive at the hotel after the match around 00 hours.

We're going to Geneva. Excursion. free time. Managed to get into the market and buy groceries. The city is expensive, but it is convenient that when paying, you can pay with a card at the exchange rate in dollars and avoid unnecessary conversion to Swiss francs. We leave for Milan. They report that there is an accident in the tunnel and we will take a detour, and, accordingly, the road will be longer. We check through a special application - the delay in traffic is no more than 10 minutes, and the detour will be more than 60 km! Drivers have zero competence, very often watching their ride, they saw how they twisted circles passing the necessary turns!

The road to Milan passes through the mountains and the drivers, due to the fact that the bus is heating, turn on the stove, no, of course, mountains with snow are visible on the street, it’s probably cold. We were not cold, but VERY hot!

We are coming to Milan. There is no time for an excursion, although the money paid for visiting the Allaz Arena in Munich was promised to be transferred to an excursion in Milan. Free time 1 hour 15 minutes! During this time we reach Piazza del Duomo and return back, on the way we had a bite to eat in a bistro. The time is late and therefore most of the shops are closed. Still drive more than 200 km to the hotel. Overnight in Vicenza.

Breakfast, departure to Venice. We arrived at Dolo station. On the way, we get into a traffic jam, the waiting time is displayed online for 7 minutes, we note the time - everything is clear, the traffic jam has been passed! I am sure that with yesterday's traffic jam it was possible to resolve the issue in the same way, and not take a detour. We take the train, the ticket price is 3.35 euros (included in the transfer price). We go to the station Venice Santa Lucia (terminal). Then we are loaded onto a boat with another Ukrainian group. Time for Venice was given more than 4 hours. The city is expensive, but the farther from the embankment, the more democratic the prices, but also the siesta, respectively. Magnets can be bought 6-8 pcs. for 10 euros. Cafes are also cheaper, the main thing is to leave the tourist paths. Arrival at the hotel in Slovenia later. The hotel itself was the worst of all and they also charged us a tourist tax of 1.2 euros. Everyone noted that the hotel pulls scoop!

The head of the group - Sergey Ostapchuk, assures everyone that we will have 1 hour free on the road. In Budapest, according to him, you will not have time to see anything and he recommends visiting Eger with a wine tasting and goulash. Almost everyone agrees. We are coming to Eger. We taste wine. We get to the border around 19-30, we pass it at 21-20. On the way, we are assured that we have 3 more buses on our tail and we need to get to the border first. Naturally, no buses arrived at the border during this time! The tour ends at 00-00 and everyone took tickets home based on this time. We arrive at 2-50 in our time, respectively, almost the entire composition of the bus is late for trains !!! At the station, before the morning train, there are mostly tourists from flight 663 !!!

Questions were asked about the situation, representatives of the Accord Tour promise to return the money, we are waiting.

Conclusion: the organization is disgusting, and the excuse with the wording: "The route is not run-in" cannot be accepted. the logistics are not thought out and de facto it is impossible to be in time, especially from Gyor to Morcheville La Ba! The tour can be called: "Visiting the match Sat. Ukraine - Sat. S.Ireland with a rest in Venice!!!"

For tourists: try to choose a trip to one country with a minimum of travel, otherwise you will not see a single country, not a single city!
